Chapter One: "The Crimson Death Ray" - The Invasion Begins

Earth
is in Peril!

Earth is under siege! The dreaded Death Ray, an immense weapon of emerald-colored destruction fired from a colossal apparatus on Planet Z, has begun targeting Earth’s greatest cities. Governments are in blind panic. The streets of London and Tokyo lie smoldering in ruin.

Professor Diana Cortez rushes to Space Command Headquarters with shocking evidence: she has intercepted a broadcast from Planet Z revealing that unless all world governments surrender every weapon and scrap of technology, the Death Ray will vaporize Manhattan at sunset.

There is only one man who can stop them. Captain Rafe Randall, daring adventurer and the only soul ever to pilot a spacecraft to the Outer Regions and return alive, is called in. He must lead a desperate mission to Mars, the closest habitable point from Earth, to establish a hidden base from which to launch a final, all-or-nothing assault on Planet Z itself.

The fate of a world rests in his hands. Dare you join him?

Captain Rafe Randall

Protagonist · Intrepid Space Explorer

Square-jawed, fearless, and built for action, Captain Rafe Randall is Earth’s most celebrated deep-space pilot. He operates on instinct and sheer nerve, which makes him nearly unstoppable in a cockpit or a firefight. His one weakness is Lady Isolde Vane, whose charm clouds his judgment at every critical turn. By the final chapter he has learned that courage without wisdom is its own kind of danger.

Professor Diana Cortez

Supporting · Brilliant Scientist & Heroine

Professor Diana Cortez is the brilliant scientist who first cracked Zorvath’s intercepted transmissions and sounded the alarm. She is the team’s sharpest mind and its moral compass, the first to suspect Lady Isolde Vane and the last to back down from an argument she knows she is right about. Her relationship with Randall grows from professional respect into genuine partnership across the six chapters.

Commander “Iron” Jack Morrison

Supporting · Military Tactician

Gruff, experienced, and utterly without pretense, Commander Jack Morrison is the mission’s tactical backbone. He has made hard calls in every corner of the solar system and he carries the weight of them quietly. He serves as Randall’s mentor and the team’s steadying force. His sacrifice in Chapter Five, freely chosen and without hesitation, is the emotional heart of the entire story.

Sparky Jenkins

Supporting · Wisecracking Mechanic Sidekick

Sparky Jenkins is the youngest member of the crew and the quickest with a quip, but do not mistake the wisecracks for incompetence. His mechanical genius keeps every ship and gadget between Earth and Planet Z running when it has no right to. His humor masks real courage, and his skills solve some of the mission’s most critical puzzles when brute force simply will not cut it.

Lady Isolde Vane

Femme Fatale · Antagonist-Turned-Ally

Lady Isolde Vane arrives as a refugee, is revealed as a spy, and is ultimately something far more complicated than either. Forced to serve Zorvath under threat of her family’s destruction, she is neither villain nor innocent. Her knowledge of Zorvathian technology proves indispensable, and her final fate rests entirely in the player’s hands.

Emperor Zorvath

Main Antagonist · The Merciless Overlord of Planet Z

Emperor Zorvath has conquered a thousand worlds and he speaks as if conquering one more is simply a matter of time. Ancient beyond reckoning and armed with technology stolen from a lost civilization, he treats Randall’s entire mission as a mild diversion right up until it is not. His final confrontation is as philosophical as it is physical, and losing to humanity may be the one outcome he never once prepared for.

Gameplay & Features

The Adventure
Awaits!

Serial Adventure

Six self-contained chapters, each ending on a white-knuckle cliffhanger: from a fiery launch-pad betrayal to a race against a collapsing Moon base. Play one sitting or all six in sequence, just like the Golden Age serials that inspired every pulse-pounding moment.

Death Ray Assault

Zorvath’s emerald Death Ray is charging for another strike on Earth, and every choice you make costs time. Decode alien transmissions, sabotage the firing calculator at Fort Nexus, and race across three worlds before the beam locks onto its next target. Hesitate, and a city dies.

Space Combat

Man the ray-gun turrets of the Comet as Zorvathian attack craft close in from all sides. Pilot the Silver Streak through hunter-ship gauntlets on the run to the Moon. Anchor yourself to the hull in zero gravity and fire back with nothing but a hand-held ray pistol. The void of space has never been more dangerous or more thrilling.

Alien Worlds

Crash-land in the rust-red dust storms of Mars, navigate the half-destroyed corridors of a lunar base while Earth hangs enormous in the black sky above, and finally storm the bridge of the Dread Conquerer, a warship so vast its corridors stretch like canyons. Three worlds, one desperate mission.

Pulp Heroes & Villains

Square-jawed Captain Randall, razor-sharp Professor Cortez, and the irreplaceable Sparky Jenkins face down Zorvath, an ancient alien warlord who has conquered a thousand worlds, alongside Lady Isolde Vane, a femme fatale whose allegiances shift with every chapter. Trust the wrong person, and the mission ends in disaster.

A Retro Narrative

Every word reads like it was torn from a 1930s pulp magazine. Calculating engines crunch the numbers. Ether-wave sets crackle with intercepted signals. Pilots suit up for hull-walks in the null-gravity void. The language is period-correct from first page to last: no computers, no sensors, no zero-gravity. Just the authentic, breathless vernacular of the Golden Age, where every line carries the crackle and swagger of the era that invented science fiction adventure.

EXTRA! EXTRA! More chapters transmitting soon.

The shadows deepen and the plot thickens! When the next death-defying chapter is ready for release, a signal will flash across your screen, giving you the daring chance to seize the adventure via the App Store or Play Store DLC systems!

Once you’ve secured your ticket to the unknown, the action downloads instantly, plunging you straight into the fray! While you are free to tackle these perils in any order your heart desires, we strongly urge you to follow the trail from the beginning. Each chapter concludes with a heart-stopping cliffhanger that only the boldest will survive, all racing toward a spectacular, earth-shattering finale!

Don’t let the mystery pass you by, will you be ready when destiny calls?
